Everything you need to know about getting your Selfore order — and what happens if it’s not the right fit.

Where We Ship
We ship across the United States and Canada. US orders ship from within the US, and Canadian orders ship from within Canada — no duties, no border fees, no surprises.
Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States and all Canadian provinces. No minimums, no codes, no fine print.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.
A note for Alaska and Hawaii: Because of higher carrier rates to these states, free shipping isn’t available for AK or HI orders. Shipping costs to these destinations are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery address.
Shipping times reflect transit only and do not include order processing. Orders to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after you receive the email.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@selfore.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes within 2 hours of order placement, but once an order enters fulfillment we’re unable to modify it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, building managers, or other household members.
- Wait 24–48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered prematurely.
- If it still hasn’t turned up, email support@selfore.com with your order number and we’ll work with you to resolve it, including filing a carrier claim or sending a replacement at our discretion.
Subscription Shipments
Subscription orders ship on a recurring schedule based on the cadence you select at checkout. You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment so you can skip, swap, or cancel if needed.
Returns & Refunds
Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We stand behind every Selfore product. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we’ll refund your purchase in full — and you don’t need to send anything back.
Keep it, gift it, donate it, or toss it. We trust you to do what’s right, and we’d rather you spend your time enjoying life than packing up boxes.
How It Works
- Email us at support@selfore.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Include your order number and a quick note on why the product wasn’t right for you. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve — but it’s not a requirement.
- We’ll confirm your refund within 1–2 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
That’s it. No return shipping, no restocking fees, no hoops.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@selfore.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We’ll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the original.
Subscription Orders
The 30-day risk-free trial applies to your first shipment of any subscription. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll refund that first order in full under the same terms above.
For subsequent shipments:
- Cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing support@selfore.com.
- Please cancel at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for it.
- If a renewal ships before you’re able to cancel, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair for everyone, our risk-free trial does not apply to:
- Orders outside the 30-day window from delivery
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale at checkout
- Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect or undeliverable. We’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis here.
