Whisper is blue because of its 1% GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide-1) content. The color comes from the copper ion bound to the peptide - no dye is added. For L-ascorbic acid vitamin C, keep it to a different time of day from Whisper - copper peptides and high-concentration ascorbic acid can interact at the surface and reduce each other's effectiveness.
